The power of a great season and Joepa back on top clearly has a strong influence on 17 year olds. Don't be shocked to see another one or two recruits make a last minute PSU change as well.

After many years of recruits picking other schools over Penn State, it sure is nice to be the beneficiary for once!! or actaually 4 times this year!
