First, Pat Delvin makes headlines with his visit to Penn State. And now Vidal Hazelton, a WR, is said to be re-opening his commitment to USC. Why? Because Delvin is showing so much interest in Penn State.
Vidal is said to be the #2 Wideout in the class. Chris Bell, a Penn State commit, is #11.
